- View Cart & Checkout: When you are ready to purchase, click the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) to review your cart. Verify your items and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Apply Discount Code: If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout and click “Apply Coupon.”
- Login or Register: If you are a returning customer, log in with your email and password. New customers can create an account during checkout by entering an email address and choosing a password.
- Accept Terms & Conditions: Complete all required fields, accept the Terms & Conditions (located at the bottom of the checkout page), then click “Place Order.”
- Complete Payment: After placing your order, you’ll see a Checkout Confirmation page with your order number. Shortly after, you’ll receive a secure Interac Request For Payment from us through your online banking. Just approve the request in your banking app—no manual steps needed.
Your order will be processed and shipped once the payment is accepted. - Order Processing & Tracking: Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. We will email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as it is available.
If you would like to add or edit your order, please place a new order and contact us so we can cancel your original one. Reach us via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with your order number and request for cancellation.
If you have already completed your payment but wish to change or add to your order, contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional shipping costs. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

Incomplete address usually means that something is missing from your shipping details, such as a unit number or apartment number. If this information is left out, we cannot make any changes once the package is in transit. Addresses cannot be edited once the order has been processed and shipped. Once the package leaves our facility, it is no longer within our control. We remind customers on our checkout page to include unit numbers and to confirm their complete address in the order confirmation email.
- We will no longer be using a return address. Packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses (including missing unit numbers) will be deemed lost and will not be refunded or reshipped.
